Would he really jail an ex-POTUS?

New York District Judge Juan Merchan well could exhibit the gawdiest stones imaginable if he follows through with a veiled threat against the 45th POTUS.

You see, the former POTUS just can’t keep his trap shut despite the existence of a gag order that Merchan has imposed on him while he stands trial on allegations that he violated campaign finance laws when he paid off an adult film star.

Merchan has declared the ex-Philanderer in Chief to be in contempt of court and said he might send the criminal defendant to the hoosegow.

Wouldn’t that be rich? Well … yeah, it would be.

  1. I really hope he does put him in jail! That will guarantee Trump’s re-election. Democrats have openly stated they can’t beat him outright so they are hoping to beat him by using courts. They also acknowledge the charges are all frivolous. I was watching CNN earlier and several commented that the longer this goes, the more likely Trump is elected. Even democrats that wouldn’t consider voting for Trump are stating the charges are illegal and trying to divert away from Biden.

    1. Great logic! Jail time ensures his election. Does that mean Republicans now are the party of lawlessness? Your brain must be about to catch fire.

  2. Evidently you don’t follow your own CNN and MSNBC. They both have had, on more than one occasion, experts who study these things that if the judge and DA’s are careful, they will get Trump elected. Even democrats know these charges are BS! Clinton gave out $800,000 as hush money and that was okay? Everyone is now seeing the hypocrisy and double standards being applied.

Keep you head in the sand and believing Biden is coherent and doing a great job. The rest of us will vote to protect America.

  3. It looks like the prosecution is going to be embarrassed. Their case relies on Cohen. So far, all we’ve heard is how bad Cohen is. How he’s lied to numerous entities, including Congress. Sounds like someone didn’t do their research before filing frivolous charges. To date, no charges have even been mentioned.
