Vacation challenge awaits

ATHENS, Greece — Very soon, I will be boarding a ferry for a four-hour boat ride to Naxos in the middle of the Aegean Sea.

That is where I might encounter the first challenge of the vacation I am enjoying. I hope it is the only challenge I will face!

How will I be able to watch the debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump?

Will there be streaming services available on the island? Will I be able to watch it live? Will I have to rely on YouTube or other media outlets to deliver tbe “news” online?

I do know this: I want it to be a game-changer. I want VP Harris to smash the former TV host to smithereens.

  1. John – If you are unable to watch it, I’ll give you the highlights. I have faith that Kamala will kick donald’s ass during the debate. After all, she was the AG for California and is accustomed to dealing with criminals, such as donald. I still cannot believe the polling numbers are still so close. This is not a close call, people. Do you want to live in a democratic or autocratic society where the president is above the law (thank you far-righters on the unsupreme court) and can get away, literally with murder. Clarence Thomas, for one, will do anything for donald, including violating his oath of office, which he has already done. If donald is elected, I may seriously consider leaving the country. I would love to see psychological examinations performed on these MAGA nuts, as they do not represent what used to be the Republican party. It is now a cult. Period. I know I’ve said it before, but it is mind-boggling why anyone, even with a limited amount of education, would support donald. God, I wish this election was over. Also guaranteed, there will not be a victor on election night. It is going to be pure chaos, with donald driving the bus. Lawsuits will be filed, claims of cheating will continue to be made, and who will suffer? Us. We must reclaim our country as a democracy and kick donald and his supporters to the curb.
