{"id":58608,"date":"2025-07-15T00:11:25","date_gmt":"2025-07-15T00:11:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/highplainsblogger.com\/?p=58608"},"modified":"2025-07-15T00:53:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T00:53:08","slug":"how-does-he-do-this","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/highplainsblogger.com\/?p=58608","title":{"rendered":"How does he do this?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"twitter-share\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?hashtags=MAGA&#038;via=jkanelis\" class=\"twitter-share-button\">Tweet<\/a><\/div>\n\r\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">I am headed for the great beyond eventually, although I am not wishing for any sort of exit sooner &#8230; as I would rather it occur much later.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Before I check out of this world, I am going to seek to understand how people I consider to be reasonable, intelligent, well-read and blessed with the ability to discern right from wrong can continue to stand behind the charlatan who is masquerading as president of the United States of America.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>They support this Republican In Name Only even as he:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Embraces dictators, tyrants and killers around the world.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Grants full pardons to individuals who attacked our government on 1\/6 and inflicted harm to police officers.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Cuts off international aid aimed at preventing terminal illnesses.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Stands behind the lying Russian goon and then denigrates our own intelligence network that determines that Russia sought to influence the 2016 presidential election.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Selects unqualified and unfit members of a Cabinet he runs.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Violates at every turn the oath of office he took to protect and defend the Constitution.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>There&#8217;s probably more to list. You get the idea.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>What perhaps is equally baffling is how Donald Trump has managed to buffalo these aforementioned folks into believing a single thing that flies out of his overfed pie hole.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>That brings me to what might be the million-dollar question. Which is more frustrating, that millions of Americans continue to slather up this guy&#8217;s lies or that Donald Trump, the man with no commitment to anyone other than himself, is able to persuade his followers that he is &#8220;one of them&#8221;?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>He isn&#8217;t. Donald Trump is unique.
