Trump will be inaugurated on Jan. 20, while the flags will still be flying at half-staff. Trump thinks that disrespects his return to the presidency.<\/p>\n<p><em>Give me a break &#8230; man!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Carter died near the end of the year just passed. President Joe Biden&#8217;s order was totally proper and in keeping with longstanding national tradition.
