The meme you see here helps describe the individuals who are being demonized by politicians and their sycophants on the far right.<\/p>\n<p>They detest &#8220;woke&#8221; policies. It has taken me some time to grasp fully what the term even means. I still am not entirely comfortable tossing it around so casually the way, for instance, that GOP presidential candidate Ron DeSantis is able to do.<\/p>\n<p>He said he intends to &#8220;rid the nation&#8221; of woke policies. And turn it into what? A nation of intolerant a**holes?
