They vote it down!<\/p>\n<p>Hmm. I guess the size of the tax bill attached to Prop A got to them. They must not want to spend <em>public<\/em> money on <em>public<\/em> venues to improve <em>public <\/em>entertainment and business activities.<\/p>\n<p>Go figure, man.<\/p>\n<p>Amarillo long has boasted one of Texas&#8217;s lowest municipal tax rates.
