Bernie Sanders, the <em>independent<\/em> from Vermont.<\/p>\n<p>They keep asking him how <em>Democrats<\/em> can win elections, how <em>Democrats<\/em> can topple Republican opponents, how <em>Democrats<\/em> can do this or do that to benefit their party.<\/p>\n<p>Hold on! Sanders isn&#8217;t a Democrat. He caucuses with Democrats in the U.S. Senate.
