And all the while, the president of the United States insists that the White House is running like a “fine-tuned machine.” All cylinders are firing as they should. The president hit a “home run,” he said, on his first foreign trip.<\/p>\n

I’ll stick with what former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush — and one-time GOP presidential rival — said about Trump.<\/p>\n

He ran as a “chaos candidate” and is governing as a “chaos president.”<\/p>\n\n
