Trump to toss out the first canard in his speech before a joint session of Congress.<\/p>\n<p>He pledged yet again to &#8220;make America great &#8230; again.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I now will stress once more &#8212; with emphasis &#8212; that United States of America is a great nation. It&#8217;s always been a great nation.
