It&#8217;s been filed. But I&#8217;m waiting for something to happen. Some decision. Some\u00a0court motion. \u00a0<em>Anything!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/highplainsblogger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Obamacare.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-17680\" src=\"https:\/\/highplainsblogger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Obamacare-300x243.png\" alt=\"obamacare\" width=\"300\" height=\"243\" srcset=\"https:\/\/highplainsblogger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Obamacare-300x243.png 300w, https:\/\/highplainsblogger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Obamacare-768x622.png 768w, https:\/\/highplainsblogger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Obamacare.png 948w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>But wait! Boehner then quit the House and went into private life. He&#8217;s still living in D.C., or so I understand. I&#8217;ve heard some things about him wanting to become a lobbyist.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit, though, has drifted into the mist. It&#8217;s been shoved way past the back burner.<\/p>\n<p>Has anyone heard of its status? Does anyone at this point <em>care<\/em> about its status?<\/p>\n<p>I have wondered about it already. Yes, more American are insured now than ever before. The premium costs remain a problem.<\/p>\n<p>But its legality? Is that really the issue, or was the lawsuit meant to drive home a political point?<\/p>\n<p>Plaintiff No. 1, former Speaker Boehner, is now out of the picture.
